The first column tells you the Title and URL of the linking page.
Link Anchor Text shows the anchor text used for the link. For example, my blog has anchor text "my blog" but the link is actually http://www.mbblogging.com.
Page and Domain Authority are for the website's that have your link.
As you can see, the open site explorer is pointing out whether the link you have on other blog/site are nofollow or dofollow. That means if you find a blog that has higher Page authority and Domain authority and allows dofollow links in comments or guest post, then you can boost your link building in a great way.
The social media metrics are available only for PRO user.
Moz gives you a free 30days trial with complete features and you can signup for it here. http://moz.com/cart/freetrial. After a month, you will need to pay 99$/month to continue using PRO features.
There are 3 different levels at which you can register with them - PRO, PRO Plus, PRO Elite. The pricing is different and so is the features that are provided to you.
